What I Offer?
I offer a tailored Personal Training service.
I work with my clients to identify their starting point and build on that to achieve their goals.
I endeavour to most of all to teach clients to enjoy exercise, I keep training sessions fun and challenging, bring new and different equipment to each session.
I am here to help you achieve your goals, but also to teach you healthy habits and how to keep your results long term.

Options to train are in the comfort of your home, in a private studio in Stanmore, a park/outdoors space or finally over Zoom.
If you are short on time, or can’t get out of the house with small kids, I can come to you, bring all the equipment required and even help hold the baby while you train! (Within a 5-8 mile radius of HA7)
If you want someone to motivate you and keep you accountable, this is perfect for you.
Why me?
I specialise in women’s health, focusing on Pre/Postnatal fitness. Having personal experience, I know mums need a little extra help at this point in their lives.
So much has changed, and there are many pre and postnatal considerations, which most people forget. Returning to exercise, can either seem simple or too daunting. But even if you feel great and want to jump straight back into exercise after baby, you need to educate yourself on what your body has been through and the correct way of recovering and returning to exercise.
If it seems too daunting, then I am here to help and guide you through the journey, helping your recover and get back to your former self, but an even stronger version.
I have worked with a variety of clients, so although I have a passion to educate women at the different stages of their lives, I love working with older clients and also men looking to increase strength and fitness.
I hold an advance kettlebell and TRX training certificate and love adding Boxing to my clients sessions.
So anyone looking for a PT to push them and build effective workouts, I can help.
