Do you currenlty have any core or pelvic floor weakness? if so provide additional details so I can provide the best suited program for you.

If Postpartum- How many weeks/months/years postpartum are you?

Are you Breast feeding?

If pregnant? how far along are you?

This is key for me to understand, as many of my moves might be lying on your back, so I would need to ensure appropriate modifications are made to keep you comfortable as you get closer to giving birth.

Have you started Menopause or Peri-Menopause?

This is a stage in life our pelvic floor muscles again suffer weakness due to changing hormone levels.

How many days a week can you commite to doing a 7-10 min exercise routine?

Ideally a minimum of 3 times a week - with up to 4/5 times being ideal.

At what level is your general fitness? What type of exercises do you enjoy and how much time can you give to exercising?

The 6 week Core and Pelvic floor Foundation plan works towards building your core and pelvic floor strength. One additional advantage of this program is that you have access to your own personal trainer, so I will add up to 3 workouts for you to follow- to help keep your general fitness up. If you would like to provide me with details on any goals, time availability and equipments you have available, I can build you tailored workouts.
